Fifteen years building AI and data products in financial services. Came from the desk. Build what I ship.
I started on the trading desk at CSFB, Socimer, and CIBC before moving into technology.
That path matters. Most program and product managers running teams in financial services came from engineering or consulting. I came from the desk. I understand what investment bankers, traders, and portfolio managers actually need from the tools being built for them.
For the past fifteen years I've managed AI and data product delivery, platform transformations, and regulatory tech programs at FactSet, Morgan Stanley, and Deutsche Asset Management. I'm currently engaged with a leading global PE firm, building LLM-powered tools and agents that compound across the program portfolio.
This site is where I keep my writing, speaking history, and thinking on AI in financial services.
